At Donato Artisan Farm it is with great pleasure and excitement that we are now open for wholesale to the public at our new butcher shop location, located at 7255 Highway 9, Schomberg Ontario.

Our mission here at Donato Artisan Farm is to source out premium Ontario livestock from honest and trustworthy farmers. Our relationship with our farmers is fundamental to our belief of social responsibilities.

We promise to secure proper, humane and sustainable practices all along the chain from farmer, to abattoir, to our aging facility, to your kitchen table.

Through old world knowledge our Natural Dry Age Program successfully allows our beef to achieve rich flavours, a ruby red complexion and a silkiness type feel that slides across one's palette.
